The Path to 9/11

This "fake-u-drama," set to air next week on ABC in mini-series form, alleges to tell the story of 9/11 but is by all accounts a thinly veiled pile of Republican propoganda, riddled with falsehoods and factual distortions.

No matter where you stand on this, you have to admit -- that a major TV network would use the anniversary of the greatest tragedy in U.S. history as an opportunity to influence the nation with partisan politics and deceit is pretty damn disrespectful and sickening. Apparently the protestations have already been so strong that ABC is weakening and may pull the plug on the series or at least edit out some of the more blatant lies.
